- Support a key Healthcare client growing at a fast pace
- Serve as primary contact for implementing against all omnichannel programs, specifically media/CRM campaigns to both client and internal teams
- Works cross-functionally with client’s brands, technology teams, agencies, and internal teams to deliver on their email marketing strategy, developing detailed project specifications, manage workload, and providing end-to-end project management.
- Manages and leads the agency team in all aspects of project development and ensure delivery of high-quality creative work product standards (i.e., excellent creative, on target strategically, on time, and on budget)
- Organizes, plans, and works with the implementation team to execute email marketing projects and campaigns from conception through implementation.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction through timely and accurate execution of all email marketing campaigns/projects and frequent status communications.
- Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure final product meets client’s expectations
- Schedule and track brand/campaign’s milestones and success
- Monitor and ensure proper escalations when needed
- Maintain standards for process documentation
- Participates in development of marketing and tactical plans
- Participates in strategy discussions and client presentations
- Provide frequent reporting on performance and recommendations for optimization
- Manages general financial reporting, project budgets, and monthly invoicing related to interactive projects
- Manages matrix of 20+ team members from multiple capabilities
- May manage 1-3 direct reports, as necessary
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: 8+ years of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Marketing “Agency” experience in client facing role
- REQUIRED: FDA Regulatory Process experience (how assets get from concept to approvals)
- REQUIRED: Program/Project Management acumen and ability to drive large projects with multiple stakeholders to successful completion
- CRM/Digital Marketing experience preferred
- Ability to manage medium to large, complex programs and projects.
- Ability to multi-task and balance many priorities at the same time.
- PMP or CSM certification is preferred but not required.
- Excellent and proven ability to represent ideas visually.
- Self directed with a sense of urgency in solving client issues
- Ability to perform in a team, process-oriented environment
- Ability to adapt to difficult situations
- Willingness to travel (where needed post pandemic)
