As a member of the Dell Technologies Process Modernization & Transformation Team, your role will be as a Business Transformation & Process Modernization Program Manager in our Business Transformation Organization.
What you’ll achieve
As a member of the Dell Technologies Process Modernization & Transformation Team, you will be charged with breaking the existing business process molds to continue to modernize the way that Dell Technologies delivers value for our customers. Unending intellectual curiosity, advanced analytical skills, and vertical & horizontal engagement across Dell Technologies coupled with strong technical and business acumen are critical skills required for this role.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years experience in Process Modernization, Business Transformation, or equivalent with Implementation of findings. This Process Modernization or Advanced Analytics experience should have established strong and extensive analytical skills, use of modern analytics tools, domain expertise or rapid ability to establish depth in multiple core process areas, and strong business acumen required to understand business outcome level results. Direct team management and/or large scale cross functional team leadership with demonstrated results is also required.
In addition, the ideal candidate must be passionate about customers and have the ability to link how modernization of our processes and tools will serve customers at the velocity they need with quantifiable transformation.
You will:
- Engage with end to end functional leaders across Dell Technologies and where applicable end users and partners around the world to develop a deep understanding of the process modernization needs.
- Apply modern methods, advanced analytics, and tools both provide new insights into the current state and redesign for transformative outcomes.
- ‘Hold the pen’ for defining how we will transform and lead this process modernization across core business processes.
- Work with the leaders across Dell Technologies’ strategically aligned businesses to redesign and modernize processes to create transformative change all the way through to delivering the business results required.

Essential Requirements:
- 15+ Years Experience with demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing Business/Process Transformation and/or Modernization that have delivered measurable results
- Direct team management and/or large scale cross functional team leadership with demonstrated results is also required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness at working level and senior leadership levels
- Experience and/or expertise in at least 3 Functional business areas which could include Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Services, and/or Information Technology
Desirable Requirements:
- Technical Undergraduate Degree
- Technical Masters Degree and/or MBA
- Multiple Engagement Consulting Experience
