As a member of JUMP Recruits, the VP, Recruitment Operations will lead all recruitment activities related to servicing JUMP Recruits’ clients. This person should also be a thought leader in the recruitment space and have the experience and ability to see around corners, so Jump can grow into the premier leader in the diversity recruitment space.

Areas you will focus on in this position
- Lead and drive the continued development of Jump’s Flagship Recruitment Platform partnering with engineering and design.
- Accountable for designing, implementing and managing end-to-end recruitment processes that ensure the delivery of a pipeline of qualified candidates with the greatest efficiency to our clients.
- Manage day-to-day relationship and delivery of JUMP’s unique value and services for a portfolio of Professional Recruitment clients
- Works with the CEO to set, monitor and achieve department goals and budgets to advance the organization’s strategic plan
- Assesses external labor market conditions, analyze trends, create metrics and understand business needs to develop highly effective proactive recruiting strategies for our clients.
- Effectively build trusting relationships with Recruitment/TA/HR Leaders, business leaders, and other key stakeholders across current and prospective client organizations
- Partner strategically with Professional Recruitment clients to understand their overall and diversity recruiting strategies and develop a plan of service accordingly
- Hire and develop a world class team of recruiters.
- Support development of program structure to increase connectivity between candidates and clients, including analyzing activity data, monitoring candidates and client’s success, and reporting on goals/satisfaction
