This role supports the GE Healthcare Life Sciences’ Cell Therapy business by working with global and field marketing to develop and drive integrated, marketing communication strategies and programs. The individual coordinates with internal and external resources to develop and execute programs that deliver on business priorities and marketing objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive and execute content strategies including editorial planning, content development and campaign optimization to communicate the dive business narrative and establish though-leadership in industry leveraging external media and content syndication partners as well as owned channels
- Develop and execute integrated, marketing communications plans in collaboration with global and regional marketing teams for product launches and NPIs.
- Develop clear, creative marcom strategies from complex marketing objectives and content
- Drive adoption of new communications approaches and strategies – look to leverage new channels, techniques, and identify unique, attention-getting marcom strategies
- Continually evaluate processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and salesforce
- Track progress of programs and report results to marketing
- Ensure compliance of all materials to GE Healthcare’s branding and local regulatory requirements
- Ensure a swift flow of content through marketing and regulatory review processes
- Ensure a consistent approach and integrate best practices to help meet marketing objectives globally and regionally
- Manage agency, media partner, and supplier relationships
- Liaise with the communications team globally (public relations and organizational communications)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
- 7+ years experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing or a related field
- Commanding knowledge of integrated communication strategies (digital, print, and events)
- Knowledge of, and experience with, marketing automation, content management and CRM tools
- Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional, global teams, multiple levels (including executive level), and outside vendors
- Experience managing agency relationships
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
- Campaign and project management experience
