Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a National Client Executive to join a new sale for a large multi-site tech firm located in New York City. The National Client Executive will report directly to a District Manager and supervise 20-25 Sodexo employees and manage roughly $18M in annual managed volume. We are seeking candidates with multi-site leadership skills,client relationship skills, and culinary skills are a must have for this position.
This position will entail 30% national travel anywhere from Plano, Texas; Manhattan; Santa Clara, California; Atlanta, Georgia and also 5% International Travel- London and Ireland .
- Adopt a partnership approach with Sodexo entities to ensure the contract is aligned to the overall goals for the contract and for Sodexo and in the best interest of the whole contract.
- Define a robust and achievable growth strategy which will successfully improve the regions (and global) performance.
- Recognize that account expectations are multidimensional and multi-cultural.
- Ensure exploration of all income opportunities within existing portfolio and prospective base.
- Engage with regional and global clients on a routine basis and lead by example in providing excellence in contract/relationship management
- Drive excellence in operational delivery maximizing operational excellence
- Build a dynamic and performance driven account team
Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention.. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client’s organization which may include global real estate, facilities management and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.
