Proposal Project Manager
Sodexo’s Proposal Development Center is the epicenter of excellence for Sodexo’s sales proposal messaging.
We are looking for those that are excited to be a part of the changes ahead and what that means for the future of Sodexo. As one of the Proposal Project Managers, you will deliver on-target sales materials on-time & within budget. Outstanding proposal management & communication skills are essential for this role.
We are looking for superstars that have the ability to engage with the stakeholders and be expert communicators with flexibility and ability to meet deadlines. This position is remote and can reside in any state.
The successful candidate will:
- Manage the flow of the RFP process from beginning to end, monitoring and controlling the project against the planned milestones; and making sure that the team is working together
- Build relationships with internal teams including Subject Matter Experts, Operations, Sales, Legal and Finance
- Participate in creative development meetings ensuring final output are on mark.
- Ensure all final deliverables are compliant with client expectations
- Provide project management follow-through and accurate delivery throughout the project life-cycle
- Maintain high quality standards despite pressing deadlines; always striving to do work right the first time.

Salary range: $65,000-$95,000
The Project Manager executes internal client requests ensuring on-target, on-time, and on-budget delivery of sales materials. The Project Manager must exhibit outstanding project management and client communication skills in achieving the highest possible standards in client service. They need basic knowledge of clients’ business challenges to provide communications solutions and project management execution. The Project Manager will also be expected to participate in creative development meetings ensuring final output are on mark. In addition, the Project Manager will provide project management follow-through and accurate delivery. This position maintains high quality standards despite pressing deadlines; always striving to do work right the first time.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience – 3 years
