Senior Program Manager – Security Certifications

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage Cloud security compliance requirements definition and delivery for Dell’s Cloud offerings and services. You will help to define what certifications are needed for market enablement and competitiveness for Dell’s APEX offerings.
You will:
- Assess the effectiveness of security controls across the enterprise, including compliance to policy, applicable regulations and relevant contractual obligations, including process maturity evaluation, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance consultancy, PCI and ISO assessments, and developing compliance training and awareness materials
- Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders and collaborate with other teams across the Security & Resiliency Organization, including Cybersecurity, as well as business units within Dell to support overall SRO goals and strategy
- Managing end-to-end audit process for certification, working with external auditors
- Produce board, executive and management-level reporting metrics, materials and dashboards

Essential Requirements
- 10+ years security compliance experience
- Proven experience in Cloud security compliance consulting, managing certification body audits and performance of security control assessments utilizing established industry frameworks (such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC-1/2/3, HIPAA and FedRAMP)
- Experience reviewing the effectiveness of controls over key IT risks, identifying significant exposures, and evaluating control effectiveness
- Industry certification such as: ISACA – CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer, Cloud Security Alliance – CCSK, CSA STAR, CISSP and TISAX
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Desired Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, and/or Accounting/Business Information Systems; or equivalent work experience
- ‘Big Four’ auditing/consulting experience
- Experience achieving and/or operating security certification programs across similar lines of businesses including cloud offerings
