Epsilon is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to join our growing Digital Experience (DX) Practice. You will be involved in the delivery of digital solutions for our clients. This person will report to the Vice President, Digital Solutions/Multi-Solution Architect.
*The role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US.*
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect owns the technical and strategic deliverables for a set of clients who utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Primary responsibilities include designing and managing solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You are a SME, with hands on experience in SFMC. Experience with administration and development of SFMC is a must. You will have ownership and responsibility of delivering complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud based solutions for our clients.
Mentoring, enabling environment of learning & knowledge sharing, are also key requirements of this role. Must be passionate about documenting best practices, standards, and points of view on technical topics. We are looking for this individual to help build the knowledge base of technical leads and junior members within Epsilon, as well as ensure consistency and repeatability of our technical solution development. You will be partnering closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Sales team.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to resolve conflicts both internally and externally on the client side. Involved in translating corporate objectives into relevant tangible goals for their team then determining, capturing, and reporting the lead and lag measures throughout the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in the MarTech industry
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience architecting solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Solid breadth of Analytics & MarTech knowledge (marketing automation, email marketing, personalization, optimization, and marketing analytics)
- Experience with at least one web analytics platform a plus (Adobe, Google, etc)
- Experience using at least one tag management system a plus (DTM, GTM, Tealium)
- Experience with one Customer Data Platform (Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, mParticle, Segment, etc.) a plus
- Preferred to have 1 or more certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
