The Lead is responsible for supplier identification, qualification, contract negotiations and supplier relationship management providing visibility and accessibility to supplier performance, metrics, KPI’s tools and processes. The candidate is accountable for measuring and monitoring the team’s work as it relates to escalation of systemic or egregious supplier issues. The successful candidate will also work with business analysts to develop metrics with the objective of facilitating data-driven decisions across internal Procurement activities and externally for the key account.
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Sourcing, Business or equivalent
- 7+ years of procurement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established relationships with OEM’s and third party service providers
- A proven record of strong negotiation skills and buying strategies culminating in positive financial results
- Thorough knowledge of developing, deploying and awarding service contracts (RFP’s)
- Deep understanding of supplier relationship management and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead a team and work independently

- Exceptional critical thinking/ analytical and problem-solving skills
- Track record of leadership and experience working in a matrixed environment – demonstrated ability to drive change within a cross-functional team
