Job Description

This position will report into VP (Vice President) of Sales, Restaurant Vertical Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with clients at all levels within existing and prospective account(s) Consults with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within target named accounts. Leverages consultative approach to uncover client specific issues and/or opportunities
  • Identifies and manages resources to develop proposals that position the full range of Epsilon’s capabilities & solutions to customers
  • Collaborates with Epsilon’s executive team and subject matter experts to jointly present proposals
  • Must be able to quickly learn and understand Epsilon capabilities and competitive landscape to develop proposals

Core Competencies:

  • BA/BS preferred, with more than 5+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and/or management role
  • Experience selling marketing technology platforms (SaaS), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) (Customer Relationship Management, Loyalty & Email.
  • Strong consultative selling focus, with a record of accomplishment of developing opportunities and closing business preferably within the Quick Service & Fast Casual space
  • A solid understanding of marketing technology, loyalty programs and digital marketing/AdTech is essential.
  • Well organized, multi-tasking oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to set, prioritize and meet aggressive sales goals
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Organized with the ability to manage, track, and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to collaborate effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Drive to deliver value to clients and to help shape and build a fast-paced, growing organization

Experience working remote with willingness and ability to travel up to 60% throughout the US (United States).
